SALSA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

After the great success of the fourth edition the Salsa World Championship is back. A high-level competition that will be held within the sixth edition of the Salsa World Festival.
The competition last year has been defeated from Laura Mornati and Matteo Frati - Alma Latina - that they are imposed on a nucleus of couples of high-level in representation of different countries. The echo of this demonstration induces us to think that that of this year will be even more an important competition with a thick share of couples coming from the whole world.

The competition is absolutely OPEN and will be open to all the salseros that desired to perform on such an important stage.
To guarantee the quality and the seriousness of the Championship there will be above all the Jury that will be formed from the same great stars that will participate at the Salsa World Festival. A jury not conditioned from political choices or of affiliation to determined federations but that he will allow to drive only from his own taste and personal judgment without conditionings of sort.

There will be an unique category without any type of restriction. Salseros of all the ages will be admitted and can freely dance in the way to them more congenial, aware of to be judged by a jury of absolute value and competence.

The Championship will develop on March 22, during the first evening of the Salsa World Festival.
At the end of the competition the first three classified will be rewarded.

The winning couples will have the possibility to present /themselves in the conclusive evening of March 25.
In this occasion they will have four minutes to introduce their choreography.

The winning couple will have the right to participate in the 1° Salsa World Festival of Cuba, a grandiose event that will be held to the Havana in the first week of September, to total expenses of the organization.
